DOCREPLAY.ai, LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) PRIVACY POLICY AND CONSENT (“Policy, policies, POLICY, POLICIES) describes the privacy and consent practices of DOCREPLAY.AI, LLC in relation to your use of our websites, mobile applications and other resources including the personalized information and services that meet the needs and interests of our users such as sponsored programs, advertising, email communications, market research opportunities and discussion forums (collectively, the “Services”).

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an email notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on the Website. DOCREPLAY.ai, LLC, is located in the United States, as is a majority of our technical infrastructure including its data hosting facilities. In order to provide the Services to you, we likely will transfer your personal information outside of your country of residence to the United States where it will be stored and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This means that if you are located in the EU and/or not in the United States, your personal data is transferred to the US, which is not considered to have the same level of data protection as in the EU.
